Terms of Service

Webora AI ("Webora", "we", "us") is operated by Kavisha Kandanarachchige. When you use Webora AI you are entering into an agreement with Kavisha Kandanarachchige. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Webora AI is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to draft, edit, host and publish websites for small businesses, based on the information you provide.

2. Your account

• You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the business you sign up for.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around plan limits or other technical limits.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the service;
• generate or publish illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, or content that promotes violence;
• try to bypass our safety filters or "jailbreak" the AI.

5. AI-generated content

• You are responsible for what you enter (text, logos, images) and for having the rights to it, and for how you use the generated website.
• AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check all content, prices, opening hours and claims before publishing. Output is not professional legal, medical or financial advice.
• As between you and us, you own the content you provide and the website text generated for you, subject to third-party rights. You give us a limited licence to host and process your content only to provide the service.
• We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these terms.
• Rights holders can report infringing content through our contact page. We will review reports and remove infringing material, and we may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Our intellectual property

Kavisha Kandanarachchige retains all rights in the Webora AI service, including its software, templates, documentation and branding.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which your published sites are taken offline. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep Webora AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, you can request an export of your content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

11. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger or sale. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes will be handled by its courts. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
